Hope Alliance is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the Hope Alliance Vision Center, located within the People's Health Clinic at 650 Round Valley Dr., Park
City, Utah. This remarkable achievement has been made possible through the generous contributions of our valued donors, including Summit County, Deer Valley Resort, Sunrise Rotary, Park City Rotary, Dr. Scott Farrell OD, Mountain Valley Eye Institute, Dr. John Armstrong MD, Michel Foundation, Beano Solomon, Women's Giving Fund, Park City Community Foundation, and Wasatch Ophthalmic.
The Event
The grand opening event took place on June 16th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the People's Health Clinic, and was attended by roughly 100 members of the community.The event offered guided tours of the newly established vision center, providing an opportunity for attendees to witness firsthand the facilities and equipment that will provide eye care to an underserved population in Summit County, Utah. The grand opening celebration also consisted of a delightful selection of refreshments, including mocktails and charcuterie, allowing attendees to engage in networking and the celebration of this significant milestone.
Diane Bernhardt, the Executive Director of Hope Alliance, delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the impact this Vision Center will have on the community and expressing deep gratitude to the donors for their invaluable support. Additionally, Dalia Gonzales, a member of the Board of Hope Alliance and the chair of the grants committee of Park City Community Foundation, shared her personal experiences and emphasized the importance of accessible eye care services to this undersupported community.
The Hope Alliance Vision Center aims to provide comprehensive eye care services to individuals in need. The center will address vision-related issues, promote eye health, and enhance the quality of life for countless individuals in Park City and beyond.
