We offer free vision screenings, eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, and medical referrals for uninsured and underinsured individuals in the greater Park City area through the Hope Alliance Vision Center.

How it Works
1. Call To Schedule
Contact the Hope Alliance Vision Center at the People’s Health Clinic at (435) 333-1850 to make an appointment.​
3. Select Your Glasses
Choose from a wide variety of frames and contemporary styles at no charge.​
2. Free Exam
Receive a complete eye exam conducted by a licensed optometrist.​
4. Pick Up Your Glasses
Once your glasses are ready, you’ll be notified to pick them up at the Hope Alliance Vision Center in Park City.
Who We Serve
If you are an underinsured person living in Summit or Wasatch counties in need of vision care, you may be eligible for our free vision services. Whether you're struggling to afford an eye exam or new eyeglasses, we are here to help.
Eligibility​:​
Hope Alliance provides services at our Vision Center located within the People’s Health Clinic. To qualify for our comprehensive vision care, you need only to qualify as a patient at People’s Health Clinic.
