• In Park City, UT, The Hope Alliance offered three free vision clinics at the People’s Health Clinic this year and fit 35 low-income people with brand new prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. With proper funding, we plan to offer 3-4 clinics in 2016. Funding Needed: $4,000

• In October 2015, we offered our first vision clinic to the refugee population in the City of South Salt Lake through Promise South Salt Lake, serving 73 people from over 13 different countries. With proper funding, we plan to offer 3-4 clinics in 2016. Funding Needed: $4,000

• In 2016, The Hope Alliance is partnering with Moran Eye Center to offer vision care for the Navajo Nation in southern Utah. 2016 will be filled with regular visits that complement the work that Moran has been doing in three communities on the reservation. We plan to offer 6 visits in 2016. Funding Needed: $7,000

• Internationally, our vision clinics provide basic care such as eye exams while also teaching preventative measures. During the past 16 years , we have supplied more than 45,000+ pairs of new and/or recycled prescription eyeglasses to people in need that live in some of the poorest areas in Peru, Guatemala, Haiti, Paraguay, and Vanuatu. We have the followingvision trips planned for 2016:

·         Guatemala (February & October)

·         Haiti (April)

·         Peru (June)

·         Mexico (August)

We need financial support to continue to do the vision work that The Hope Alliance has become known for in many communities both locally and abroad. Please consider making a year-end tax-deductible donation today.

A little bit of “Hope” goes a long way…

• $15 buys 5 people reading glasses or sunglasses

• $30 supplies clinics with eye drops, antibiotic drops, and sanitary tools

• $50 pays for new eyeglasses for our Utah-based clinics • $75 purchases 25 new pairs of distance prescription glasses

• $150 maintains our Retinomax and lensometer clinic machines

• $400 buys prescription glasses kit of 100 frames and 200 lenses

Without generous supporters like you, none of these programs could occur and thousands of people would not be able to remove the barrier of sight.

Thank you, in advance, for your generous donation on behalf of all the individuals and families that we serve.
