How do I sign up?
- Print and fill out our 2009/2010 application form.

After you have determined which project you would like to participate in, mail your application with a deposit of $350. We will accept late registration if space is available.

The $350 deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. We purchase tickets based on deposits received.

We will contact you with information regarding the pre-trip meetings.
Cost and Arrangements
The cost includes travel, lodging, meals, transportation, tips, taxes and fees. Individual trip prices vary. A $350 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is due with your application. Half of the total trip cost is due 75 days prior to departure, and the balance is due 55 days prior to departure. Any payments after that time will be charged a late fee of $100. We will handle all arrangements and logistics; you are responsible for obtaining a passport and any necessary travel vaccines. Because of the increased difficulty of obtaining passports in a timely manner, we ask that you have your passport expedited. Passport numbers are required to arrange In-Country travel, we need a copy of your passport at least 30 days prior to the expedition. Please contact us if you need more information.
If you live outside the Wasatch area, we can arrange the travel connections that you need to join us. Please give appropriate notice if you would like us to do this.
